1.What is your LEAD time ?
-It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. -Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small quantity, and about 30~45 days for large quantity. 2.What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) ?
-1x40’GP for regular products, 1x20’GP for small size products. However, we accept LCL (less than container load) for SKD/CKD parts orders. 3.What’s your warranty ? -3 years for the compressor, 1 year for the whole unit against manufacturing defect. 4.Do you include FOC spare parts ? -Yes, we do contain 1% FOC spare parts on the total order quantity. However, FOC spare parts will be provided within warranty period of manufacturing defect. 5.Can we use our brand on your products ? -Yes, we’re flexible for OEM and ODM orders. 6.Do you have gas(refrigerant) inside your products ? Do you have MSDS ? -Our total weight of the refrigerant won’t exceed the standard of MSDS, hence MSDS is not required for our products. 7.Can we modify your products ? -Yes, we warmly welcome any positive idea. We also have a strong R&D team for discussing and sharing technical modifications, and we have a Design Team for image improving. 8.Do you accept SKD/CKD ? -For some of the models, we’ve considered the SKD/CKD way of packing/loading.
